Hi, my name is Tracy and I would like to tell you about the most perfect buy we found in Cape Coral.

My husband Rick, who is a pilot, and I just came back from Florida after touring the property that we bought online from Juergen and his family.
Everything was just as described --plenty of space, nice area, privacy, and no houses too close.
This was important to us for we want a nice secure place to live when we retire. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT OUR FIRST BUY ON THE INTERNET TURNED OUT TO BE A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. This was made possible by the honest professional job that Juergen and his family do. Everything was done quickly, legally, and professionally. We will be dealing with this great family in the future..

Kathy & Reid Reid and I saw a property by "del prado" that interested us. We arranged a meeting from Chicago and traveled to Florida to meetJuergen and his wife were very pleasant, knowledgeable, honest and fair, disclosing all information about each property; they went above and beyond what we expected. They are just the kind of people we want to do business with.They also offered other options for us if we did not find one of their properties to our liking.
